Reasons are stated as to why <br /> Mr. Fudala does not believe it would be appropriate to allow such <br /> a credit . <br /> Mr, Taylor indicated that the m-itigation process involves <br /> the review of the level of service of all related. intersections <br /> as tied in with the traffic tied in with the project , Each <br /> intersection is reviewed as to the impact fully built out <br /> indicates ' Mr, Taylor. <br /> Funds for all of the intersections impacted. aro put together <br /> as a totally mitigated measure noted Mr, Taylor. The applicant <br /> taros Care of all of the impacted areas associated to the access <br /> to the project . <br /> All other related intersections aro reviewed informed <br /> Mr, Taylor'. Funds are totaled and given to the Cape Cock <br /> Commission for the Town ' s use by the applicant for 'improving <br /> intersections. It is the intent to derive funds §Jo the Town <br /> is not left to Close the gap relates Mr. Taylor, <br /> Mr. Taylor anticipates the level of mitigating funds to be <br /> approximately $150,000 to $200,000. The betterment funds of <br /> Donna ' s Lane amount to $900,000, <br /> The technical staff of the Cape Cod Commission said today <br /> that they did not feel it is appropriate to have those funds put <br /> against the project since a portion of the land is owned by <br /> Cornish Associates and not the applicant. <br /> Mr. Whritenour recommends to re-visit this issue with <br /> regards to signaliation in the area of Donna ' s Lame* <br /> ***The rioti n was made by Selectman Costa to support the memo <br /> of January 4, 1993 as submitted by the Town Planner and not allow <br /> credit towards the betterment of Donna ' s Lame. The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous . 3-0, Selectman <br /> Vaccaro abstained from voting. <br />
