F S * *� BOARD of SELECTMEN Page to s MINUTES TUESDA f JANUARY 1 , 1 - Tom Fudala re: Bikepath: Field ' s Point has presented an option to place a 41 sidewalk from old Barnstable Road .along Great Neck Road North to the proposed project informed Mr. Fudala. Mr. Taylor has recommended to propose an 81 bikeway/walkway rather than a 41 sidewalk. He is in agreement to complete the construction if an agreement can be made with Fields Point, The 81 bieway 'is proposed to begin at the senior Center to Old Barnstable Road to the Middle School informed Mr. Fudala . This will provide safe access for children walling to the Middle School. ` *The motion was rade by selectman Costa to approve of the revised alternate #2 for the bilepath route. If acceptable, the Town will be responsible for construction at a cost to be reimbursed by Field ' s Point. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous . -o . *Selectman Costa amended his motion to include the biepath to run parallel with the Coombs School driveway to ensure safety. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous . - . *The motion was made by selectman Jacobson to approve the Cranberry Bog RFP as submitted . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills . VOTE : Unanimous . -o . NEW BUSINESS : Communication from the south Cape Beach Advisor Committee The Board is in agreement to advertise in the local papers with regards to the vacancy in the south Cape Beach state Park Advisory Committee, Mr. Whritenour indicated that one letter of interest has been received relative to the above vacancy.
