Mr. Evans noted that this is scheduled to be discussed on the Board of Health' s agenda of January 28 , 1993 . 1t was noted that effective April 1 , 1993, no solid waste facility can accept glass or metal containers or yard waste for disposal . SEMASS personnel will be implementing an inspection program to insure compliance with the waste ban. NEW BUSINESS: ICommunication from the Water District re : Inter runioi ail Agreement and Mashpee Codeo, Article 1X: Correspondence was received from the Masee Water District with regards towards review of the existing Intermunicipal Agreement for District Services provided by the Town. Chairman Kaplan lan has requested input and comments from the selectmen, Tax Collector and Assessors by January 31 , 1993 for budgetary purposes . Anne Shaw made note of an article that must be submitted for the May Town Meeting appropriating the sum of $5 ,000 for payment to the District. Mrs, Shaw also indicted that as a result of the change to the quarterly tax system, it is necessary to increase the Water District Clerk ' s Yours for fiscal 1994 . Appointment of Part-time Clerk - Assessinq Department : Mr. WYritenour indicated that he concurs with the recommendation of the Personnel Board to appoint Beverly Kiernan as part-time Clerk; Water District, Assessor ' s office. The motion was rade by Selectman Jacobson to accept the recommendation of the Personnel Board and appoint Beverly Kiernan as part-time Clerk; Water District, Assessor ' s Office.
