BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 9 <br />MINUTES <br />MONDA , MARCH 8r 1993 <br />COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br />Animal Control Officer - Dog Complaints: <br />r. Whritenour indicated that he has met with Animal Control <br />Officer; June Daley regarding several dog complaints. A <br />completed report will be submitted to the Board. Ms. Daley is <br />conducting an additional hearing on the matter. <br />South Cape Beach State Park Advisory Committee <br />Correspondence: <br />memo was received from Morris Kirser; Chairman of the <br />SCBAC relative to the reimbursement of $40,000 from the. <br />Department of Environmental Management as it relates to the <br />Kennedy property. <br />Selectman vaeoaro indicated that he has discussed this <br />concern with Commissioner Weber. Material will be forwarded to <br />the selectmen to address the reimbursement, selectman vaoearo <br />noted that the sum o 9,00 was paid out by the Town several <br />years ago, <br />Selectman vaeeo indicated that the Town must determine how <br />much it is going to cost to complete Great Oak Road and obtain <br />is clear title, <br />9:12 p.m. Selectman Costa returned. <br />Selectman Vaccaro noted that Commissioner Weber and <br />Representative Cahir are willing to help locate additional funds <br />for the Great Oak Road project when the final amount of funding <br />is determined. <br />Correspondence from the Conservation Commission: <br />Issues as addressed by the Conservation Commission will be <br />placed on a future agenda. This includes the discussion related <br />o Green Tourism., <br />Finance Committee Correspondence: <br />Ed Baker of the Finance Committee -has recommended for the <br />Water District'to consider laying blue stone dust to serve as <br />bikeways/walkways after the laying of the water pipe. *The Board <br />is in agreement and will forward correspondence to the Water <br />District. <br />0 <br />
