VOTE: Unanimous. -00 Four New En nd Telephone Petitions for approves Mr. Whritenour indicated that a public hearing was conducted on April le 1993, Greg Taylor, Director of Public Works was present and is in support of the four petitions. **The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve of the New England Telephone. Uer Cape Consortium Proposal; Selectman Caffyn presented a memo to the Board dated April 9, 1993 relative to an Upper Cape,Town Consortium Proposal, Mashpee, Falmouth, Sandwich and Bourne face similar problems that could be better addressed by using a "consortium" approach informed Selectman Caffyn. Selectman Caffyn recommended to fora a steering committee to discuss the consortium proposal. Mro Whritenour concurs with Selectman Caf yn f s recommendation. *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve of the Upper Cape Towns Consortium Proposal as presented.
