It was noted that the Herring Warden concurs with the 1993 Herring Regulations as presented. 7:32 p.m. Being no further comment► selectman Caffyn closed the Public Hearing. *The motion was made by selectman Jacobson to approve of the 1993 Herring Regulations as presented, The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. - . Seasonal Liquor License Fee Hearin Selectman Caffyn read the Public Hearing notice relative to the discussion of fee's for Seasonal Liquor Licenses. Mr, Whritenur proposed to allow for a $500 decrease in the fee structure of an establishment maintaining both'] an annual wino and malt retail package store license and a seasonal all -alcohol retail package store license. Selectman Vaccaro recommended to support the decrease in license fee's of an establishment maintaining two licenses for a fee not to -exceed the annual license fee.. Selectman caf fyn closed the Public -Hearing at 7:42 p . m. ***The motion was made by selectman Mills to support the decrease in license fee's for an establishment Maintaining two x licenses.
