The Police Department has waived the requirement of detailed police officers at the Annual Pow Wow event. security for the four day event will be provided by the Tribal Council through a licensed security agent. Beqk ing no further comment, Selectman vaccaro closed the Public Hearing. ***The motion was made by -Selectman Jacobson to approve the application of the Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council for the Annual Pow Wow as specified. NEW BUSINESS: Ste Increase for Approval - Town Accountant: **The motion was 'Made by selectman Mills to approve the step increase of the Town Accountant as recommended. Request of MashRee CommunitZConcert Committee - One Da Liquor License For disclosure, Selectman vaccaro indicated that he is a member of the Board of Directors, selectman Mills will Chair the discussion at this time.. John Ferguson was present on behalf of the Mashpee Community Concert Committee to discuss the license application request to serve weer and wine during the second annual Auction fund raiser event to benefit the concert of July 31, 19938 Mr. Ferguson indicated that the Auction is scheduled on July , 1993 from to *oo p.m. The application incorrectly states from to 10-:09 p.m. noted Mr. Ferguson. ***The motion was rude by Selectman Jacobson to approve the one clay application of the Mashpee Community Concert Committee to serge beer and wine at the second annual Auction on July 8, 199 from to 9:00 p.m. The motion was seconded by Selectman affyn .
