r 1 u 0 BOARD of SELECTMEN Page 1 MINUTES NDAY, MAY 17, 1993 Appointment of Jr/Sr High School Building Committee: *The motion was made by Selectman Mills to nominate Paul Griffin as an alternate member of the JrSr High School Building Committee. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa* VOTE Unanimous. -0. The following have been appointed as Regular Members of the Jr/Sr High school Building Commie; Peter Dinizio Merry sue Ahleron Stephen Greelish William Jones Robert Mills Janice Mills Linda Murtha William dartiros, Paul Griffin and Joseph Polito have been appointed as Alternate Members of the Jr/Sr High School Building Committee, Greg Taylor, Torn Fuda 1 a and William Hauck i1l serve the Jr sr High School Building Committee as ex-officito members. *Selectman vaCoaro has given Peter Dini io the interim appointment of Chairman of the Jr Sr High School Building Committee to begin the meeting process. It was noted that Mr. Dini io served as Chairman of the site Review Committee. ADDointment of Conservation Commission Members Joe Rinone was present to discuss his concern to the appointment process of Conservation Commission Members and related Town, boards. Mr. l intone indicated that he has applied for this position in the past, was interviewed, but not selected as a member of the Conservation Commissions Mr. Rintone indicated that he has numerous qualifications and is willing to provide a service to Mashpee. He indicated that his pp,liCation is on file. Mr. Rintone noted that he applied for appointment to the Cape Cod Commission but was not interviewed for the position. It was noted that the Board was not aware of Mr. Rintone's application to serge on the Cape Cod Commission as Mashpee's representative.' Mr. Rin one has also expressed interest to serge on the Personnel Board. Mr. Whri enour will review the vacancies of the hoard's and commission's with Mr, Rintone to locate his area of interest and expertise for appointment.
