Continuance, extension or alteration. <br />Lawfully created structures or uses may be continued, although not conforming with the <br />provisions of this chapter. Nonconforming structures may be changed, extended -or altered to the <br />extent perrrrissible under the dimensional requirements applicable to the lot under current <br />provisions of Section 1 ' -31 or under the provisions of Section 1' 4-21, if applicable.
