} <br />BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br />MINUTE <br />MONDAY 4 SEPTEMBER 27r. 199 .. <br />Public Dearing: (continued) <br />Raw Bar, Inc* for seasonal All Alcoholic Bevera a License: <br />Selectman vaccaro read aloud the letter as submitted by <br />Myron Barr, an abutter to the establishment, in opposition to the <br />license request. (enclosed) <br />Selectman vaccaro read aloud a memo as received from the <br />Chief of Police indicating there has been no record of official <br />violations or complaints against the establishment. <br />1n response to Mr. Barr's letter, Attorney Gildea indicated <br />that many of the -concerns have been addressed. He asked the <br />Board -to not use Mr. Barr's concerns as a basis to deny the <br />license application. <br />Attorney Gildea recommended to address any noise issues when <br />the entertainment license is under consideration. Selectman <br />Jacobson recommended to adhere to noise factors as it pertains to <br />hours of operation and parking. <br />Selectman Vaccaro closed the Public Hearing at 8:15 p.m. <br />*The motion was made by Selectman costa to approve the <br />40 license request of Raw Bar, Inc, for a Seasonal All Alcoholic <br />Beverage License. The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. -. <br />*The motion was made by selectman costa to approve the <br />application of Poponesset corporation for a Change of <br />Description of premises from Raw Bar, Inc. to smokehouse cafe. <br />The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE; Unanimous. <br />-00 <br />iDscussion of Zoning Article_ <br />*The motion was made by Selectman costa to place the <br />discussion of Zoning Article 35 on the Board's agenda. The <br />motion was seconded by Selectman caffyn* VOTE: Unanimous. -0. <br />Selectman costa related concerns to the proposed zoning <br />change in Article 35 as it effects the overall master plan of the <br />Town, <br />Mr. Ferragamo indicated that the developer presented a plan <br />to the Planning Board several weeks ago. A Public Hearing was <br />held last week. There are ramifications to the proposal <br />indicated Mr. Ferragamo.. <br />4DThere are no further recommendations at this time. it is <br />the consensus of the Board to further discuss the article at Town <br />Meeting. <br />
