F <br />J <br />BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br />MINUTES <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER 2 13 <br />Harbormaster Update: <br />i <br />0 <br />In other business, an incident occurred last weekend at the <br />MashTaley Pond boat ramp, We Ellis indicated that h <br />attempted to enforce Town regulations during a Military Bass <br />Anglers Association tournament. <br />Tournament stipulations allow a maximum amount of 35 boats <br />with a start time of 7:00 a.m. Mr. Ellis 'arrived at 6:15 a.m, to <br />find 39 boats in the water with the absence of an EPO Officer. <br />confrontation arose when the Environmental Protection <br />Officer arrived and informed Mr. Ellis of the States <br />jurisdiction. <br />A meeting is scheduled on Monday, November 8, 13 at 3:0 <br />.. to address the above concern. Jack Shepard of the Public <br />Access Board, Dick Murray, Director of Environmental Law <br />Enforcement a-nd Representative Cahir are scheduled to attend the <br />meeting. The Executive secretary, Police Chief Frye, the <br />Harbormaster and members of the Board of Selectmen are <br />anticipated to attend. *Post Meeting) <br />Educational Forum: <br />Monday, November Br 1993 1 a , m . <br />Superintendent's Office <br />School Committee/Finance-Committee/Taxpayers Association <br />and Board of Selectmen representative to attend. <br />Adjournment <br />***The motion was made by Selectman Costa to adjourn at :2 <br />.. The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time <br />for the purpose of discussing litigation, The Board will not re- <br />convene in Open Session.
