Graham laid he couldn t. <br /> Mrs Clendenin stated that this type of inc dent does not have. to be settled with <br /> a grievances <br /> Mr. Cuthbert stated he wonders if this would'of been a private citizen, .what would <br /> f happened, , <br /> r. Graham stated that charges should of been pressed one wad' or another and this <br /> case should of been decided by the judge. He said the Chief was fair 'and mild to <br /> do it thi s way. <br />
