Present were: John Peters, David Niven, and Kenneth. <br /> paroski. ' <br /> Those present from the Bargaining Committee, MASHPEE PERMANENT <br /> FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION . were: James V61pe Richard Martini, , <br /> and William Chase. <br /> A tape recording was used -for the- 'purpose of minutes and was <br /> agreed to by all concerned. <br /> ,Article <br /> Agreed upon previously. No- discussion. • <br /> Article 8t <br /> Agreed upon--previously. No di s ous s io n. <br /> Article ' i <br /> Much discussion took -place on this article, their rain interest <br /> here is to cut down ori- sick leave abuse. The Personnel, Board felt <br /> this was non-negotiable. personnel Board wants to keep this out of <br /> the Contract. Mrs. Graham's feeling was that abuse of sick leave <br /> would come under the Fire Chief. The Union decided not to change <br /> Article 9 and to leave as is.
