k <br /> VII, TITLES 1 LES F POSITIONS <br /> a <br /> No person shall be appointed employed, or paid as an employee <br /> n any -position subject to'the Plan under any title other than- <br /> one in the salary Classification Schedule (Append "All) as amended,, <br /> 1 <br /> 4 <br /> The title in the Salary Classification Schedule shall be official <br /> for all purposes. <br /> 4 <br /> VIII. WORK WEEK AND RATE OF PAY <br /> la. The regular work week for all full-time administrative and <br /> clerical employees shall be thirty-five (3 5) hours; for all <br /> Supervisors and professional employees as required. <br /> lb. The work week shall extend from 12:00 AM Sunday to 12#00 P <br /> of the following Sunday. <br /> The regualar work day shall be from 81,30 AM to :30 PY, with <br /> an unpaid lunch hour. except as -modified by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 2a. The salary for all employees shall be in accordance with the <br /> Salary Classification Schedule attached as Appendix "'A" or a <br /> raised by periodic adjustments. <br /> 2b# No salary hall be increased without the written approval of <br /> the Board. <br /> 2c. 17 o n the death an employee t his accrued pay shall paid <br /> • <br /> to his surviving spouse unless- otherwise notified. <br /> IX. OVERTIiC' <br /> 1. It is expected that. all •administrative and clerical employees <br /> will be able to complete their work without working in excess <br /> of thirty--five 3 ) hours per geek. If an assignment requires <br /> work in excess of 40 hours per weep, such overtire work must <br /> be authorized by the Department Head, 2rior to the work. <br /> Administrative and clerical employees will be paid time and a <br /> half their regular rate for all hours worked in a week over <br />
