This <br /> duty arises from MGL 151B and from Title VII of the Civil <br /> Rights Act of 1964 , which includes sexual harassment as a <br /> form of unlawful sex discrlminatio . The town will not <br /> tolerate or condone such conducted by or toward its employ- <br /> ees <br /> plo -eY <br /> DEFINITION of SEXUAL HARASSMENT <br /> Conduct which constitutes sexual harassment includes <br /> unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors , <br /> and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual mature <br /> which constitute sexual harassment when '. <br /> a* Submission to such is made either explicitly Or <br /> implicitly a term or condition of an individual' s <br /> employment; :. <br /> b. Submission to or rejection of such conduct by a <br /> individual is used as the basis for employment <br /> decisions affecting such individuals; <br /> c. Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably <br /> interfering with ars individual' s wort performance or <br /> creating an Intimidating, hostile, or offensive <br /> working environment. <br /> IV <br />
