r <br /> F <br /> F <br /> COMPLAINT PROCESS <br /> The Board of Sele en upon receipt of a complaint o <br /> sexual harassment in the workplace , within 30 days after c- <br /> eurence of the alleged incident, will take the following <br /> actions: <br /> 1. Refer the complaint to the Chief of Police with <br /> request to investigate. <br /> . Notify in wrtti.ngF the employee against whom the <br /> complaint has been brought that such a complaint has <br /> been filed and advise that employee ars investigation <br /> will be conducted. <br /> 3. Upon receipt of the investigatory report , schedule <br /> a hearing. The Board may conduct this hearing in <br /> executive sess ion if the employee against whom the <br /> complaint has been brought has been notif ied of the � <br /> session at least 48 hours prior to the proposed hear- <br /> ing..
