AUTHORIZATION <br /> This Personnel Administration Plan is established and amended <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Section 108A and 1080 of <br /> Chapter 41 of the General Laws , The Town appointed a <br /> Personnel Board to; 1 Classify positions in the service <br /> of the Town. To authorize compensation for the <br /> positions in the classification plane To provide for ad- <br /> ministration of the Plan. To establish working condi- <br /> tions and fringe benefits for the employees occupying . <br /> positions in the Plan. <br /> II DEFINITIONS <br /> As used in this Plan, the following words have the following <br /> meanings : <br /> Plan - the Personnel Administration Plan <br /> Town the Town of Mashpee <br /> Board - the Personnel Board <br /> Employee - an employee subject to the Personnel <br /> Administration Plan <br /> There are two basic categories f employees : Regular <br /> Temporary <br /> Regular Employees work continuously year round in positions <br /> authorized by vote 'of the Town Meeting . A regular <br /> employee may either work full-time or part-tire . <br /> 1 . Full-time is 40 hours ger week for supervisory and <br /> y professional employees, and 35 hours or greater for <br />
