<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioners met the criteria for
<br /> a Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday,
<br /> May 9, 2018, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance for the
<br /> North and West sides of the property for the request of a detached garage with the following
<br /> conditions;
<br /> I. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance
<br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10.
<br /> 2. This Decision addresses a request for a Variance relating to certain dimensional
<br /> requirements of the Zoning Bylaw; nothing herein shall be deemed or construed to
<br /> authorize any use of or activity on the subject property or structures thereon beyond
<br /> that which is permitted in the Residential R-3 Zoning District in accordance with
<br /> the Land Use Regulations of the Zoning Bylaw (§§174-22 through 174-25).
