Any Appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. <br /> This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds.
