Applicant proposes to construct parking spaces in the <br /> front of the proposed building as is permitted upon the grant of Special Permit Relief in <br /> accordance with §174-37, in an I-1 Zoning District, at 735 Falmouth Road, Map 81 Parcel <br /> 28, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 2, 2018 and February 9, 2018 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday,March 28, 2018 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board <br /> Members,Ron Bonvie,Dom DeBarros, and Associate Member, Brad Pittsley Also present <br /> was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented Mark Bogosian who was also present and is <br /> the owner and prospective developer of this parcel of vacant land situated on Route 28. <br /> Also present was Raul Lizardi-Rivera, with Cape and Islands Engineering. The applicant <br /> is seeking to construct contractor type bays upon this industrial zoned lot. The lot itself <br /> consists of 58,000+ sq. ft., and the proposed building will be just over 7,200 sq. ft. The <br /> building will be broken up into five individual bays, one of which will be occupied by the <br /> owner who plans to operate his design and building business. Mark purchased this property <br /> back in February 2017 and has put a plan together that is compatible and consistent with <br /> other projects that the Board has approved in the industrial zone. <br /> 1 <br />
