Any Appeals shall be made pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A within Twenty days after the date of said filing. This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next business d@y after the expiration of the 20-day Appeal phase, which lasts through Y' k_15, ab l r .
