Napoli Book#: 4401 <br /> 38 Treasure Lane Page#: 104 <br /> (Map 96 Parcel 67) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 9, 2018 by Owner, Dennis Napoli requesting a <br /> Variance under§174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to vary the front yard and side yard setbacks <br /> to allow for an addition to an existing covered porch and deck on property located in an R- <br /> 3 Zoning District, 38 Treasure Lane, Map 96 Parcel 67, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 26, 2018 and February 2, 2018 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present;Acting Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members,Ron Bonvie, <br /> Dom DeBarros, and Scott Goldstein, and Associate Member, Norman J. Gould. Also <br /> present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The subject property located at 38 Treasure Lane is approximately 10,035 square <br /> feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> The Board read the Town Department comments into the record. <br /> VARIANCE CRITERIA: <br /> Chapter 40A: Section 10.
