i�tti gra.¢ <br /> �y bj r/n a fMashpee <br /> 16 Gt'eal 11�c:k 10<<10 rtOt <br /> aslt�re,.��Iclssaclires�tts02649. <br /> �iriE } <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION TO A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> SP-2018-03 <br /> SBA Properties, LLC Bk: #20695 <br /> 8051 Congress Avenue Pg.: #289 <br /> Boca Raton, FL 33487-1307 <br /> RE: 154 Industrial Drive <br /> (Map 88 Parcel 31) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 8,2018 by Petitioner,Haleluya Haile(Smartlink, <br /> LLC) representing SBA Properties, LLC requests a Modification to an existing Special <br /> Permit(SP-97-70) and (SP-2013-02)for purposes of installing, operating,and maintaining <br /> the existing telecommunications facility and tower on property located in an I-1 Zoning <br /> District, at 154 Industrial Drive, Map 88 Parcel 31, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 15, 2017 and December 22, <br /> 2017 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, <br /> Board Member, Dom DeBarros, and Associate Members, Norman J. Gould and Sharon <br /> Sangeleer. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> Mr. Haleluya Haile and Ryan Donnelly representing SBA Properties on behalf of <br /> AT&T. Mr. Haile said the project is an AT&T antenna swap. Mr. Donnelly said there is <br /> currently 12 antennas for AT&T, and they will be replacing three, adding a new radio <br /> header, and replacing one of the existing radios with a total of 6 radios, and replacing three <br /> antennas. There is no change in the footprint or visual appearance. Everything is within the <br /> same existing shelter. He referred to sheet C2 which shows the equipment shelter. The <br /> AT&T mounts have been reviewed by the engineer and are structurally adequate to support <br /> the equipment. <br /> The Building Commissioner asked if there were new cabinets being proposed. <br /> The reply was no. <br /> 1 <br />
