MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br /> MASHPEE BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> Wednesday, January 31, 1974 <br /> Selectmen Peters , O'Connell and Hicks, and Town Counsel , present , <br /> 1 . Mr. Torn Stewart of the Dare School inquired into possibility <br /> using Town Hall for a sports program for his students . He was <br /> advised the Hall was available Saturday day time , and Thursday, <br /> Friday and Saturday evenings . He was also informed that all actl-. <br /> vities must be supervised, the School would be responsible for <br /> general clean-up after the activities and for any damages incurred, <br /> and that they must check in and out with the Police Department. He <br /> will get back with' us next week to set a definite time . <br /> Mr. Stewart reported that the School had purchased from Head Start <br /> the alarm system and bathroom fixtures installed by Tad Mart at <br /> the School during the it stay there . <br /> NOTES : Mrs . Arnelia Bingham appointed to Conservation Committee <br /> Mrs . Florence Lucas appointed to Municipal 'S'i to ,.and Building <br /> Committee <br /> Letter seat to Chief Hicks requesting he attend Selectmen' s <br /> Meeting on February , 19744 <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11 :00 p. . <br />
