MINUTES of MEETING OF <br /> MASHPEE BOARD of SELECTNEN <br /> February 13, 1974 <br /> Selectmen Peters, o t Conne l l and Hicks, and Town Counsel, present. <br /> 1. Secretarial staff was directed to clear all mews releases <br /> with one of the Selectmen and to refrain from discussion of work-m <br /> related subjects outside of the office. <br /> 2. Two liquor application hearings were_ held, see attached. <br /> 3. Mr. John Mahoney of Santuit was granted use of Town Hall <br /> gymnasium facilities on Thursday evenings from :30 to :30. <br /> He was instructed theca in and out with the Police Department, <br /> There will be approximately six men in his group. <br /> Discussion was held on Annual Report, whether it is to be <br /> sued on a calendar or" fiscal year basis. Town Counsel will <br /> determine. <br /> . Towyn Counsel i 1 l also determine if the Town can install <br /> street lights on private roads; we have had several requests <br /> for the Annual Towyn Meeting. <br /> . Hearing held or New England Tel & Tel installation of cable <br /> at the intersection of Red Brook Road and Cold Ockway Road. No <br /> objections voiced. <br /> NOTES: 1 . Reference letter from Personnel Board on Dr. ' Iori l <br /> fees for physical, the Doctor ' s office will be contacted <br /> and a reply sent to Personnel Board. <br /> 2. Public Safety licensing letter approved for mailing. <br /> 3. Mr. Peters will beck to see if he has a booklet out ow <br /> lining flood hazard areas inn the Town to reply to request <br /> from Boston engineering firm. <br />
