O'Connell. <br /> 10 Motion by Selmn. Benway to rescind the Board' s vote of 6/13/79 <br /> awarding paving of the Town Beach Road to Lawrence--Lynch. Seconded <br /> and declared a Grote by Chmn. O'Connell.. <br /> motion by Selma. Benway to award the bid to Lawrence-Lynch to furnish <br /> 12 tons of bituminous concrete to the Town Beach Road, price B, <br /> omitting items 1, 2 , .3 and 4 , Seconded by Seln. Garland' and de- <br /> clared <br /> e-clared a unanimous Grote by Chmn. O'Connell. <br /> 11 Motion by S lmn. Benway to accept the bid of T. P. H. , Traffic Signal <br /> Company to install a Mashpee Middle School Zone on Barnstable/. <br /> Falmouth Road per their quote of $4 ,300. 00 dated 7/10/79. Seconded <br /> by Selmn. Garland and declared a unanimous vote by Chmn., O'Connell. . <br /> 12 Motion by Selrn. Benway to accept the job description, prepared b <br /> the Board, for a Superintendent of Streets. Seconded by Se lm . <br /> Garland and declared a Grote by Chmn. O'Connell. Personnel Board <br /> will advertise forcandidates. <br /> 13 The Board signed the Council on Aging application for $2,500. 00 to <br /> the Massach-usetts Department of Elderly Affairs to continue <br />
