VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE; <br /> Communication from Torn of Plymouth: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Town of Plymouth dated December 2 , 1933 in <br /> response to the upcoming study of the town's wastewater needs. <br /> The Torn of Plymouth is obligated by court order to examine in Phase lff, all possible <br /> alternatives for the disposal of treated effluent, including the outfall alternative. <br /> F <br /> As noted by the Town of Plymouth, the outfall alternative is the last resort of effluent <br /> disposal as mandated by the Massachusetts ocean Sanctuary Act and the public position of the <br /> Plymouth Board of Selectmen. <br /> 1 la hpee has been requested to designate an individual to serve as a member of Plymouth's <br /> Citizens Advisory Committee (CAQ. Selectman Jacobson will further review this proposal. <br /> Letters of Appreciation from the Board of Health: F <br /> Elias McQuaid, on behalf of the Board of Health submitted letters of appreciation dated <br /> December 29, 1993 to S. Joe DiMaggio, Steve Hanfin and lion Bonvie for the manpower and <br /> equipment donated to the Torn to aid in the clean-up process of Payar ps Road. <br /> It was noted that the clean-up process was made in conjunction with the Torn of Mashpee. <br />
