Selectman Vaccaro asked that the minutes be amended to reflect on page four under Fire Department; sura to read: $23,000. Page five under Fire Department; second paragraph, change the word ambulatory to read: ambulance. Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the Regular Session minutes of February 17, 1994 as amended. Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. Selectman Mills abstained, Selectman Jacobson absent. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE; Memorandum from the Town Clerk re: Beach Stickers and Transfer Station Stickers: Beach Stickers: Communication was received from Jane Lab te,Town Clerk dated March 1, 1994 relative to beach sticker sales. The office is scheduled to open on June 27, 1994. office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The Torn Clerk has recommended the Board consider a$50 guest pass policy. The purchase of a$15 beach sticker would then be optional . In previous years,property owners have been required to purchase a$15 beach sticker in addition to the guest pass. It is the consensus of the Board to schedule a Public Dearing on the proposed guest pass policy. Communication will be submitted to the Torn Clerk regarding earlier sticker sales for year round residents. Transfer Station Stickers: 1994 Transfer Station sticker sales are scheduled to begin on June 27, 1994. The office will be open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Transfer station stickers will be available to new residents only on May 1, 1994.
