Pae 1 Board of Selectmen Minutes March 21, 1994 i Special 'Town Meeting warrant Review: Article#22: Proposal to fund feasibility study to renovate Samuel Davis School for Town Offices. Amount approximately$10,000 - 15,000 for initial study. Recommendation to include the review of property located to the right and left side of Town Fall. Intermunicipal Agreement - S ptage 'Treatment Facility: Motion made by Selectman Costa to place communication as received from 'Town Counsel related to the Intermunicipal Agreement - Septage Treatment Facility on the Board's agenda. ' Motion seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. -o. Selectman Jacobson absent. Con nunication was received from Town Counsel dated March 18, 1994 relative to the interest of Kopelrnan and Paige as Town Counsel for the Town of Sandwich and Town of Ma hpee as it relates to the Intermunicipal Agreement-Septa a Treatment Facility. Motion made by Selectman Costa to determine pursuant to MGL, Chapter 268A, Section 19 that the interests of Kopelrnan and Paige, P. C,, as Town Counsel for the 'Town of Sandwich in relation to the development of an intermunicipal agreement for the financing, construction and operations. of the proposed septage management facility at the Massachusetts Military Reservation, and to general legal issues related to regional wastewater issues is not so substantial as to be deemed likely to affect the integrity the Tort of 1ashpee may expect of I opelrnan and Paige, P.C. as Town Counsel for Mashpee, Motion seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Selectman Jacobson absent. Adjournment: Motion made by Selectman Mills to adjourn at 9:45 p.m. Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
