i Page 2 Board of Selectmen Minutes-Devised March 28, 1994 SSR HIGH SCHOOL: Mr.D ini zio presented a letter of recommendation from William Kennedy,Chairman o mi the Permanent Building Comttee for the Town of Lexington dated November 30, 1993. As indicated by Mr.Kennedy,Chartwell carried the responsibility for helping the Building Cottee meet the Town of Lexington's key,long tern goal-to produce a well designed project closely within budget,on schedule and with goad value for the money. *It is the consensus of the Board to form a sub-committee to negotiate the selected Project Management€inn. Selectman Caffyn, Selectman Costa, Peter Dinizio,Paul Griffin,Greg Taylor and the Executive Secretary will interview the firm of Andrew Chartwell and Company and return to the Board with a recommendadon. Richard Muller - Cape Cad Holiday Estates Directional Sign: Richard Muller,Director of Resorts,vacation resorts International, the management company for Cape Cod Holiday Estates was present to discuss the installation of a directional sign at the intersection of Real Proof and Great Oak loads. As noted by W. Muller,the Design review Comnu*ttee proposed to place a simple Department of Public works sign sirrdhar to those currently at the intersection or include the Cape Cod Holiday Estates sign with these existing at the entrance to Neter Seabury sign. Motion made by Selectman fulls to allow the sign request of Cape Cod Holiday Estates for placement of their name to the existing sign as recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. COLD USE ESS: VFW Ground Lease and Land Disposition Agreement for Execution: The Ground Lease and the Land disposition Agreement for the Townfs lease of property to the VFW Post was submitted by Town Counsel for the Board's review and execution. Mr. whritenour indicated that'Town Counsel submitted additional contract language on this date relative to page one and two of the Land Disposition Agreement.
