■ <br /> Page <br /> Burd of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 28, 1994 <br /> PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br /> Deirdre Greelish indicated that the Teacher's Contract article located <br /> in the Annual Town Meeting ng warrant should not contain the words; <br /> funding a contract. <br /> Mrs. Greeli h indicated that the steps were funded in the School <br /> Department's budget. <br /> 7:20 p.m. Public Hearing: <br /> Beach Sticker Fees andRegulations: <br /> Selectman Vaccaro opened the Public Hearing for the purpose of <br /> discussing the proposed Beach Sticker Fees and Regulations for the <br /> 1994 Season. <br /> The'Town Clerk and Leisure Service Director incorporated. <br /> recommendations into the 1994 proposal. lair. Frederick was present <br /> to discuss the proposal with the Board. <br /> All rules and regulations remain the same as last year with the <br /> exception of Summer Resident Stickers indicated Mr.Frederick. <br /> The$15 Beach Sticker Fee has been eliminated with the purchase <br /> of a$50 Season Sticker. <br /> Steve Ball related concerns to the After-Hours Pass fee of for <br /> residents who have not purchased a Beach Sticker. It is the consensus <br /> of the Board to eliminate the Resident After-Hours Pass fee. It <br /> was noted that nor-residents will be charged a fee of 10 for an After <br /> Hours Pas s. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman Vaccaro closed the Public <br /> Dearing at 7:25 p.m. <br /> Motion made by Selectman C ffyn to approve the 1994 Beach <br /> Sucker Fees and Regulations as amended. Motion seconded <br /> by Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> Economic Development Committee: <br /> Torn Potts,a member of the Economic Development Committee was <br /> present to discuss the current member status of the committee and related <br /> Economic Development activities. <br /> w <br />
