y ' <br /> t <br /> R Board of Selectmen 1 <br /> Minutes <br /> April 4, 1994 <br /> Cefalo's for Liquor License: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Mills to approve the application <br /> of Cefalo's for a Seasonal Restaurant Wine and Malt <br /> Beverage License. Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Selectman Jacobson absent. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE-. <br /> Fetter from Fire Chef regarding Little River Boat Yard: <br /> Fire Chief Baker was present to request the Board schedule <br /> Public Hearing regarding the license for fuel storage held by Little <br /> River Boat Yard as per his memo of March 28, 1994. <br /> To date, Mr. Bis, owner of Little Fiver Boat Yard has presented <br /> written contract to Chief Baker for the installation of a sprinkler system. <br /> The work is scheduled to begin nest week indicated Chief Baker. <br /> Chief Baker recommended the Board allow Mr. Burtis the opportunity <br /> o comply with the sprinkler system installation. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to allow two weeks for the installation <br /> of a fire suppression sprinkler system to be installed in the boat storage <br /> racks of Little River BoatYard. A Public Hearing will be scheduled if <br /> Mr.Buxt <br />
