VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Field's Point re: Acceptance of Conservation Land: <br /> North Market Street Development: <br /> John Rent, vice-President of Fields Point was present to.discuss <br /> current activities related to the new Stop and Shop facility. <br /> With reference to the Conservation Land located off Rte. 15 1, <br /> Mr.Whritenour indicated that the feral deed will be presented to the <br /> Board of Selectmen on Monday, April 2 , 1994 for approval. It was <br /> noted that the Conservation Commission has approved the proposal. <br /> Mr. Rent requested the Board's approval to place North Market Street <br /> entrance signs on Rte. 151 and Great Neck Road forth. Four signs are <br /> proposed, two at each entrance. <br /> It was noted that the Cape Cod Comnussion and Design Review Cottee <br /> approved the signage request of Field's Point. <br />
