May change. <br /> Article 3 Snow and Ice deficit of $83,000 from Stabilization. This requires <br /> a 28rds Grote. <br /> FC may object to use of Stabilization and want to use free cash. <br /> If free cash is used (we have about $115,000), there would not <br /> be sufficient free cash left to fund some subsequent article(s). <br /> Article 4 Transfer $190,000 from Falmouth Tuition to School Department. <br /> Article 8 Transfer $71,000 (or possibly a lesser amount) from free cash for <br /> teacher step increases. <br /> Article 9 Transfer $120,000 from Stabilization to the Betterment Reserve <br /> account. This requires a 28rds vote. <br /> Article 10 Transfer $ , o from Medical Insurance surplus to Police Salary <br /> and Wage. This money is necessary to maintain a minimum of <br /> two patrol officers and one sergeant per shift. <br /> FC does not recommend. <br /> Article 11 Funding the Patrolmen"s Contract by transferring $35,000 from <br /> the Medial Insurance surplus to the Police Salary and Wage. <br /> FC may object to the funding source. <br /> Article 12 Funding the Sergeant's Contract by transferring $13,,715 from the <br /> Medical Insurance surplus to the Police Salary and Hage. <br /> FC may object to the funding source. <br /> f Article 13 Transfer $4,800 frorn the Med i al l nsuranee surpl us and $10,200 <br /> from the Unemployment ent account surplus to the Town Hall <br /> expense account. <br /> FC does not recommend. <br /> Article 18 Transfer $1,400 from the Board of Health Trash account to the <br /> Town Clerk Salary and Hage account for opening the sticker � <br /> office earlier. <br /> A local group may oppose this. <br /> Article 19 Transfer $15,000 from Building and Grounds account to the Torn <br /> Hall Study account. <br /> FC does not recommend.
