i <br /> • Page <br /> i Y <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 13, 1994 <br /> Commercial Shellfish Permits: <br /> The Shellfish Constable was present to discuss his memo of June 13, 1994 <br /> relative to the late issue of commercial shellfish permits to fishermen who <br /> were not contacted prior to the deadline of April 30, 1994. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to place the discussion <br /> of Commercial Shellfish Permits on the Board's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Costa. VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> - 0 <br /> As noted by Mr. York,he was unable to contact four commercial <br /> shellfish license holders regarding this concern. The Shellfish Co'ssion <br /> has recommended to support the issuance commercial shellfishperrmts <br /> to those not contacted prior to the deadline. <br /> Lotion made by Selectman Vaccaro to grant the extension of <br /> Commercial Shellfish Permits for one year only. Motion <br /> seconded by Selectman Costa. V TEE. Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Liaison Assignments: <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicated that her liaison assignments are mainly with <br /> intergovemmental relations. She asked the Board to re-consider assignment <br /> to allow further involvement with town agencies. <br /> Selectman Mills indicated that liaison assignments were placed into groups. <br /> Selectmen may alter assignments. All liaison assignments must be finalized <br /> by Friday,June 17, 1994 indicated Selectman Mills. <br /> Barnstable County Selectmen Association Meeting: <br /> Saturday, June 1 , 1994 Union Station <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> S <br /> Municipal Data Processing RFP for Approval: <br /> Mr.whriteno r presented the Municipal Data Processing request for <br /> proposal; draft#4 dated June 10, 1994 to the Board for review and <br /> approval. . <br /> Deirdre Greelish, Computer Consultant presented a memo to the Board <br /> dated June 13, 1994 relative to improving grammatical and typographical <br /> errors contained in the request for proposal. <br /> It was noted that Mr. whritenour incorporated two major improvements <br /> into the draft RFP as recommended by Mrs. Gre lish and Mr. Pucci. <br /> l <br />
