31 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minute <br /> July 25, 1994 <br /> Communication from SATIN FITNESS re: Fitness Expo <br /> Banners: <br /> Steve Baton was present to request the Boards approval to place <br /> banners to advertise for the charity workout scheduled on July 30 and <br /> 31, 1994 at the Cape Codder Hotel,Hyannis. <br /> The Board r conunended to place signs at the rotary instead <br /> of banners. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the placement <br /> of two signs at the rotary to advertise for the charity workout <br /> on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; July 29, 30 and 31 1934 <br /> pending approval from the Director of Public Works. Motion <br /> seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion madeby Selectman Vaccaro to adjourn at :oo p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for <br /> the purpose of discussing ongoing litigation and to correct <br /> Executive Session minutes. The Board will not re-convene in <br /> Open Session. Motion seconded by Selectman Cayn.
