Inc., <br /> d/b/a ay's Locker to include the following,& <br /> Disc-jockey, Recorded Music and Dancing under the <br /> following provisions; security personnel to be present <br /> in the parking lot during entertainment hours and a <br /> sworn affidavit must be received stating that no exotic <br /> dancing or dancing of that type will occur at the facility. <br /> Notion seconded by Selectman Mills, <br /> Further discussion followed with regards to hours ofoperation <br /> as it relates to entertainment. <br /> Mr. Dolinsky indicated that music is scheduled to begin at 10:30 p.m. <br /> and end at 12:45 p.m. At this time, last call would be served. <br /> Motion made by Selctman Vaccaro to amend the above <br /> motion to include the following condition; recorded <br /> entertainment will begin at 10:30 p.m. to end at 12:45 pm, <br /> Friday and Saturday evenings only. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VL: -1. <br /> Selectman Costa is in opposition. <br /> 8:32. p.m. Public Dearing: <br /> enrich Enterprises, Inc, d/b/a Liberty Liquors; <br /> Selectman NhIls opened the Public Dearing on the application <br /> of I enrich Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Liberty Liquors for a Change <br /> of Description of premises. <br /> As indicated by Selectman fills, the Hearing will be continued <br /> to Wednesday, September 28, 1994 at 4.00 p.m., Selectmen's <br /> Conference Room. <br /> . <br /> Selectman Hills indicated that it was detennined that it was advisable <br /> to have legal counsel present for the discussion. Town Counsel could <br /> not attend the meeting on this date. This being the reason to continue <br /> the Public Hearing at a date and time when legal counsel is available. <br /> Steve Paxton asked if all abutters have been notified of the change o <br /> Public Hearing date. `Mr. whri enour will review this concern. Selectman <br /> Caffyn noted that the time is not convient for those residents who work <br /> to be in attendance. <br />
