x � <br /> 12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minute <br /> November 7, 1994 <br /> Letter from Department of Correction re: Inmate work Crew: <br /> Communication was received from Robert waitk vich, Deputy <br /> Superintendent of the Department of Correction dated September 21, 1934 <br /> advising Robert Sullivan to submit the request for an inmate work <br /> crew on an official letterhead of the Town prior to implementation. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to authorize the Board of Health t <br /> review and make inquiries relative to the clean-up of illegal dump sites. <br /> JR/SR IGH SCHOOL: <br /> Memo re: Sewage Treatment Plant Design Engineers; <br /> Communication was received from the High School Building Committee <br /> dated October 26, 1994 recommending that Symmes, Maini and McKee <br /> enter into a contract with Woodard and Curran to design a 15,000 gallon <br /> per day Sewage Treatment Plant for the 1-Egh School facility. <br /> `Consensus of the Board to support recommendation. <br /> Environmental Impact Report Proposal: <br /> The High School Building Committee has recommended approval of <br /> the additional services fee of$37,900 to allow Sym s, Maini and McKee <br /> to prepare an Environmental Impact Report and Traffic Impact Study <br /> as required by the Secretary of Environmental Affairs. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dxnizio to authorize the <br /> Environmental Impact Report and Traffic Impact Study a <br /> recommended for a fee not to exceed $37,900. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman vacearo. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -0. <br /> Adjournment; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Vaccaro to adjourn at 8:18 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time <br /> for the purpose of discussing issues related to Collective <br /> Bargaining.
