i <br /> f <br /> i <br /> y <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 7, 1994 <br /> Cape Cod Commission Task Force Report: <br /> With reference to the Acceleration of the Focal Comprehensive Plan, <br /> Mr, whritenour indicated that Mashpee needs regional coordination to <br /> offer assistance with the LLP. It was noted that the key priority in <br /> lashpee at this time is the Industrial Area. 1lashpee is in need of support. <br /> Mr. Carbonnell indicated that there are methods in which the CCC can <br /> provide technical expertise to accelerate the plan. It was noted that <br /> the Regional Policy Plan law requires the LCP to be revised every <br /> five years. <br /> Mr. Brock noted that the Commission is conducting a "capacity analysis" <br /> to serve as a model for all Cape towns as it relates to build-out. <br /> The Admi nistration portion as recommended includes a job description <br /> of Commiss* mem the regulatory reporting procedure, tune <br /> omnutments and responsibilities indicated Mr. Brock. <br /> 7:15 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> Sunday openings: <br /> Selectman Mills opened the Public Hearing on the issue of <br /> Sunday Openings for all package stores on the Sundays between and <br /> including November 20, 1994 and December 18, 1994, <br /> Toni Ferriday asked if the Public Hearing was an applicant request or ars <br /> act of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> She was informed by Selectman hills that requests were received from; <br /> Triple C Enterprise d/b/a The Barn <br /> Liberty Liquors <br /> { <br /> Bryan Anderson, owner of Andy's Varlet <br /> It was noted that Falmouth and Barnstable approved the Sunday Openings. <br /> Betty Nichols asked what l ashpee's was policy last year. <br /> It was noted that the Board voted against the Sunday openings last year. <br /> For the record, Catherine Conroy indicated that she is against the <br /> Sunday Openings. <br /> Being no further comment, Selectman hills closed the Public Hearing. <br />
