i <br /> Page 2 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 1 , 1994 <br /> QLDBUSINESS: <br /> Authorization to Execute Clean vessel Act Grant Contract: <br /> The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries has awarded a Clean <br /> Vessel Act Grant to the Town of 1 lashpee in the amount o $24,972 <br /> for boat sewage pumpout facilities indicated Mr. whritenour. <br /> It was noted that James Hanks of the waterways Crrrm* sin was <br /> instrumental in attaining the gram application to service the resident <br /> and transient boaters of Mashpee in waquoit and Popponesset Bays. <br /> The service will he provided in waquoit Bay by the Kittle River Boatyard <br /> noted Mr. Whritenour. The Half Tide Marina will service Popponesset <br /> Bay as a pump out facility. <br /> It was noted that Town Counsel has reviewed and approved of the <br /> standard contract to form. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to approve and execute <br /> the Clean vessel Act Grant contract with the Division of <br /> Marine Fisheries as outlined and enter into agreements with <br /> Little River Boatyard and Half Tide Marina to provide the <br /> services for boat sewage pumpout facilities. <br /> Motion n seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br /> When members of the Mashpee Taxpayers Association attend meetings <br /> of the Board of Selectmen,we speak as i <br />
