<br /> appralsa'ls. They decide what they can afford to pay -for a piece

<br /> Selectmen, Executive Secretary and lecjal counsel ,, The Comm-I ttee
<br /> does need a final dollar figure for towri meeting .
<br /> Mr. Benway explained he has no interest in these parcels and he
<br /> does not represent anyone . He wanted to give the, Committee the
<br /> benefit of how the market views larg'e parcels of land - they have
<br /> minimum doll(ar value . The Committee can have, a market ana'lysis
<br /> study done .
<br /> Mr :,, Grif-f-in �,-tsked Mr. Benway -if the permitted treatment
<br /> plant -is a positive, -is it worth sornething? Mr . Benway sai'd it
<br /> must be worth something , 'if the permits a.re comp'lete .
