<br /> for that property ,, Both sites have large tracks of lr.�.nd rand
<br /> subdivision pcxtentlal . Methodology which works best for thosea 'is
<br /> direct sales comp arison or subdivision analysis . Some 'lots are.
<br /> easy -to analyze , 'larger on are difficult.
