After first designing the building and using the State <br /> maximum formula, they went back and did further research and <br /> designed it for 20% less . It would be interesting to find out if <br /> 'the maximum reimbursable amount is a, real lstic figUre . <br /> Carl Franceschi responded it is definitely a realistic figure. <br /> The State solicits input from architects and looks at records of <br /> recently constructed schools every year . They also collect <br /> apAnions on where the cost per sq foot should bec. <br /> Mr .
