Martiros said he had heard of a youth canter proposed for the <br /> town to be built by private funds . The Committee asked him to <br /> get any information on that for the next meet i n % <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> The Committee discussed startin the process of hiring a design <br /> consultant. They should first formulate a list of such <br /> consultants , write leoers asking for resumes, narrow i down to <br /> or 4 they would like to interview and they can be ready to <br /> start working as soon as the facility i approved at fawn <br /> meeting , Tom reminded thea they will have to do an RFP. The <br /> Committeehould also start drafting an RFP for the architect to <br /> design the building , RFP' can he sent out "subject to town <br /> meeting vote . <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Ahlgren made a motion to adjourn at 9 : 50 p ,m, BiI1 Jones <br /> seconded the motion , All members in favor. <br /> Minutes submitted by Arden R, Cadrin <br /> ZZ/ <br /> 1. <br />
