Greg <br /> added that seagulls also cause problems dropping shells on the roof . <br /> Tori presented a design layout idea to the architects . <br /> Paul said at one time the committee talked about the high school kitchen <br /> becoming a central kitchen for the school system. <br /> B r . DeMou ra asked that the kitchen have a loading dock to accommodate <br /> moving meals to other schools . <br /> Paul thought there is a potential to sage some money, could we transfer <br /> kitchen equipment from the present schools to the high school ? <br /> Peter suggested the current food service company could do a feasibility <br /> study on this issue. SMMA will talk to them. <br /> Joan Tavares noted that Barnstable high school has a central kitchen for <br /> their large school system. <br /> Could the shop equipment from the Middle School be used at the high school ? <br /> It is 17 gears old . Bob said it probably does not meet with current safety <br /> requ i rements . <br /> Paul Griffin suggested the site layout inc1ude , with dotted lines, the <br /> ba l l f i e l d wish list of l more softball , baseball and 3 more p rack.i ce . <br /> Could we use property further east for expansion? Tots Fudal a said it <br /> should be avoided ,, <br /> Can we put trails in down to the river? Tom said it will require permits <br /> -Form conservation Commission . The Committee asked Dan sa l i ene to follow up <br /> on that . <br /> MEETING WITH PERFORMING ARTS CENTER GROUP <br /> Present were T . K . Thompson , President of the Performing Arts center, John <br /> Procos , Graham Gund architects and Doug Storrs, Fields Point . <br /> Ban sal i ene gave an overview of the site layout -- parking, circulation and <br /> athletic fields . <br /> The Committee has required a 400 foot setback from 1 51 . The waste water <br /> treatment facility must be in the north east corner of the site . <br /> This plan leaves a strip of land along the southerly portion of the s 1fte <br /> 3 <br />
