Rowley <br /> Public Hearing - Mid-Iron Way, New Seabury <br /> Submitted by: Mr. Holmes <br /> The approval is conditioned on these units being covered by the same <br /> agreement as the lots on Jehu Pond as regards the fund covering the <br /> towns cost of paving Great Oak Road. <br /> Before we approve the plan we want to see the master plan for the whole <br /> area. <br /> Public Hearing - Floating Pier <br /> Any new fixed or floating piers , wharfs or docks including any to be <br /> substantially rebuilt. <br /> Up to 45 ft does not require a special permit, over 45 ft needs a <br /> special permit. <br /> This does not eliminate or effect the requirement of approval of other <br /> boardsor agencies such as the Concervation Commission or the Core of <br /> Engineering Division of Waterways . <br /> All in attendance in favor of the article on docks and no one was opposed: <br /> Petitioner: Robert McNutt Jr. <br /> Location: Forest Park <br /> Date Submitted: 5-17-81 <br /> The Definitive Plan was signed by the Planning Board. <br /> Attorney Sweeney indicated to the Planning Board that ' he would forward <br /> the method by which the Open Space would be owned. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10 : 15PM <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 'Juanita P.
