Motion: Don Myers motioned to change Sec-34(i)(3)of the Charter to 50 signatures for recall, rather than 25,to be consistent with General Lay. Wayne Taylor seconded the motion. VOTE: -Yes. Sec-34 —Town Clerk Decided: Refer to Town Counsel for wording. Sec-34(b)_—Powers and Duties of Town Clerk Last sentence of this section reads: "The moderator, or a-designee of the moderator,r,shall he responsible to review the minutes of all multiple-member bodies appointed by the moderator." Attorney Costello said moving this sentence from Town Clerk to Sec-3-6(b)-Powers and Duties of the Moderator would quire amendment to the Charter. Decided: The last sentence of section 34b should be moved from Town Clerk to Moderator Sec- - b .
