x Discussion Scott McGee stated he would propose asking voters to consider amendments to the Charter t change Assessors; Board of Health;and Finance Committee from appointed to elected. Wayne said the voters had the opportunity to vote on these and voted to go appointed. Scott wanted to pursue this and each category was addressed individually. Motion: Scutt McGee motioned to ask voters to amend the Charter to change Assessors from appointed to elected. Don Myers seconded the motion for discussion purposes. Don Myers seconded the motion. l iscussion Terne Cook said from personal experience it seems to work better with appointed committees. She said being apointed seems to get more members to serve. Mike Richardson asked how much does the Moderator get involved. Ed said Moderator is involved,and so is he in acting for the Moderator.
