A copy of the Notice <br /> is attached to the printed set of these minutes. <br /> Motion: Michael Richardson motioned to open the public Dearing. TheresA Cook <br /> seconded the notion. <br /> VOTE: -Yes. <br /> Mary Way an—yes Edward Larkin—yes <br /> Scott McGee—yes- Theresa Cook# yes <br /> Wayne Taylor--yes Chuck Gasior—yes <br /> Michael Richardson—yes Don Myers—yes <br /> Pro used Charter Amendment est <br /> Ed Larkin stated that each item on the proposed Charter amendment list would be <br /> addressed. All attendees received a copy of the printed list. The items reviewed are a <br /> follows;. <br /> Sec-2-1 I —Report to the Voters. Add e-mail to this section. <br /> Discussion: <br /> Toni Fudala asked would report be seat only by e-mail. Response: "No". Only adding <br /> -mail as one means of distribution. <br /> Brad Calf yn voiced his concern about privacy. , d Barkin said the information is public <br /> information. Theresa Cook added that the individual has to `opt-in"to get via e-mail. <br />
