CD PEER REVIEW <br /> Tom gave Committee members the STP review by Pyramid . Paul asked <br /> Tom to put together a summary to determine if anything needs to <br /> be addressed by the Committee, for the next meeting . <br /> FEE ACCOUNTS <br /> A bill for advertising the job in the Boston Globe , as required . <br /> Paul made a motion to approve for payment the Boston <br /> Globe bill for $840 . 00 for advertising . Merry Sue <br /> seconded the motion . All members were in favor 6-0 . ** <br /> Chartwell submitted invoices for $6 , 020 . for project management <br /> services for March , $22 , 617 . 50 for design review services , and <br /> $1 , 231 . 72 for STP review. <br /> ** Paul made a motion to approve for payment Chartwell ' s <br /> invoice for $29 , 869 . 21 . Merry Sue seconded the motion . <br /> All members were in favor 6-0 . <br /> Janice asked if these payments are within the budget established? <br /> Paul said they are . The invoices include a detail of the <br /> percentages paid to date. <br /> Tom explained that the CD peer review is almost at the ceiling . <br /> Will there be another review of the 100% drawings? <br /> Paul said no, they just want a review to make sure SMMA changed <br /> the 100% drawings , as they said they would , to reflect comments <br /> from the previous review. <br /> SMMA submitted a fee invoice for their services for February and <br /> March , services for Tavares Design and the early site package . <br /> Paul explained the Tavares' fee is based on a percentage of <br /> purchase but they have decided , until the Committee receives <br /> advice from town counsel , to pay SMMA on account for Tavares ' <br /> draw (this is putting SMMA at risk ) . <br /> Tom explained two items are to be postponed : <br /> CCR fee and Woodard and Curran ' s fee because they have not <br /> received adequate backup . <br /> ** Paul made a motion to approve for payment for SMMA <br /> $224 , 643 . 52 Merry Sue seconded. the motion . All members <br /> were in favor 6-0 . ** <br /> CLERK OF THE WORKS <br /> Tom explained they advertised the clerk of the works position in <br /> the Mashpee papers and Boston Globe . They received many responses <br /> and have weeded them out. The two criteria required were <br /> previous clerk of the works experience and work on a school . <br /> Paul suggested he and Chartwell narrow it down to 4 people for <br /> the Committee to interview. <br /> Peter said John Winn worked on the Middle School addition and did <br /> a great job ; brought the project in on schedule. <br /> 5 <br />
